Possibly a cheaper imitation...
After reading so many good reviews I purchased this item as a present for my nephew's birthday.The packaging was good, but when I opened it , I could see there were a few scratches on it and the screw for the battery compartment looked a bit frayed, but I thought 'it should be ok ...'I did all the testing myself, so I connected it to my iPhone 4 and yes ! I was over the moon! It worked flawlessly (Almost), a few glitches here and there but useable.But after my nephew's birthday, things were a very different matter.As soon as he saw me coming he jumped on to me and said – help please uncle it wont work with my iPAD.I did some quick tests and surely it would not connect to the Apple iPad3 my son in law had, it only connected to my iPhone and even those connections were glitch..I have since realised that I could have avoided most of this had I read the web page for the advert. The real item has a Typhoon Logo on it – go to their webpage and see. So genuine Tanks will for sure connect through to all such devices.I have contacted the rights owner to get this issue resolved.Best regards,Bunnyman

Bought as a gift
Bought this for my 8 year old brother and he loves it! He is so adept at using his ipad for games and watching youtube learing videos that I thought I would get him something to expand the ipads use. The camera takes really clear picture and video. My dad (who has never used an ipad), even took up controlling the tank with the use of the camera.. it is that easy and fun to use.In a few years time I may even purchase the helicopter!

Excellant product works very well is very easy to set up video and picture quality in light is very good but not very good in poor lighting

bought for my grandson and he loves it ,but make sure you don't use cheap battery's

this is a complete waste of money
this is a complete waste of money. it wont connect,it lags so much after about 10 minutes of trying to get it connected even and it justwont move when i ask it to move and if you live in the countryside (I do) with bad wifi it has no hope of working.
