Fits a bit big. Good item.

I bought this for the dogs to wear at my son's super hero party. It is adorable and will work for the party! The fabric is thin, it isn't a long term clothing item for sure and the hat did not fit my shelties heads but they have long narrow heads so I expected that.

Good quality and looks good, but didn't fit a boxer's body very well. The hat was totally useless on a boxer. It would be good for non-bulldog breeds.

I bought this for a Halloween costume for my small Basset/Beagle mix. I purchased a medium since my dog is about 30 pounds which I thought qualifies as medium, I have never classified my dog as a "large" dog before since he can fit in my arms and on my lap without discomfort. Unfortunately this didn't fit quite like I'd hoped. The body portion was fine mostly, the chest was a little low but I worked with it (plus basset chests are just large in general). The hat however was terrible. I don't know who designed the hat but I'm wondering if they've ever even seen a dog in their life. The ear holes were way off, I had to cut custom holes for the head piece just to make it fit! At first I thought "Maybe my bassets head is just weirdly shaped!" so I put it on my blue heeler mix (only 25 pounds, even smaller than my basset) who has a fairly normal shaped head (I think) and it didn't fit him either!. The holes pulled their ears up towards the center of their heads which caused their ears to slip out and the hat to fall off. Bizarre! I'm giving this three stars because I was able to cut custom holes in the head piece which ended up working out. Still, what a weirdly shaped head piece...
