Wise Box Kit - Wise Box Receiver, Style Switch & Remote 4 Channel, 10 Amps/Circuit

This is a really useful bit of kit. It lets you remotely control up to four separate items. It comes with the main unit an indoor light switch and a remote control. The only wiring required is getting power to the main unit .This is my second purchase and I got it to replace the old one which has served me well over the last ten years. In fact it still works fine but the indoor switch and the remote have seen better days.The main wall unit is IP56 protected. I placed mine on a wall in a sheltered place. Its bone dry inside and never causes me any worry. I run garden lights and water features from it. You can run other items such as garden gates and the like. Whatever you want. The indoor switch is a nice touch as it allows you to switch on the lights without leaving the house. I use the remote when outside to do the same. I've not measured it but there is a good range on the remote as much as 200 metres or more I imagine.It measures about 7 x 5 inches and is light grey in colour. You don't see mine as it is hidden behind plants and the lighting effects are quite magical.Its not that expensive. I would not be without it now.

Really easy to fit and instructions were easy to follow. Makes life even more convenient.

Brilliant bit of kit, used to control pond lighting, pumps and aerators. Very easy to program and looks well made, can't comment on reliability as only had running for a month!

Great product and working perfectly but there is a slight humming coming from box. Electrician checked the connections and all is good so must be a fault.

This is a bit more expensive than most. I bought it for the range of the remote as the unit is 25m from the house and for the power capacity; no problem with either the wall mounted or hand held remotes. There was plenty of room for the wiring too which always makes these installations easier, and the positions were clearly marked. Not been installed long enough to comment on weatherproofing, but looks OK and I have it in a fairly sheltered position.Glad I paid a bit more. No complaints so far.

This device is fantastic and the range is great, saved a lot of messy cables to the end of the garden and now allows me to control 4 different sets of lighting from the comfort of my house. Would highly recommend.
