Firstly - no sticker on the body of the carafe, and no scratches. The protective film was still on the lid as well which was a pleasant surprise as the box was damaged, as expected as purchased from Amazon Warehouse. The carafe is clearly brand new, and was well wrapped in protective packaging.Does exactly what it says it does in the description - nice hot water hours later for brews whenever I want without having to boil the kettle every time, or for adding to washing up bowl at end of the day.I filled this up at work and brought it back in my bag, and it didn't spill or leak a drop. Pours smoothly with no trickle after you've finished pouring into cup. A bargain for the price!

Very disappointed, I bought this as a gift and on checking it before posting it off I noticed scratches on the outside, I checked the label which had started to peel off round the edges, so peeled it off to place it flat again, but the sticky on the label is stuck on the Carafe. I got a sponge and hot soapy water which usually does the trick, but not a chance the sticky from the label will not come off. It looks awful. I decided to keep it to use myself. What a let down. Why do manufactures use these cheap sticky labels?

Ok product doesn't keep hot as long as it claims to sticker left horrible mark once removedwouldn't recommend

It is portable, good size, the internal display of 304 stainless steel. The spout pours smooth. Double vacuum can be a long time insulation, we can drink hot tea at any time. I like it.

The carafe went in the bin 3hours after the box was opened. I left it to soak as I couldn’t get the label off. This turned out to be a sticky mess and proved impossible. In the end the surface colour started to come off. It was just foreign rubbish with everything in Chinese (nothing in English). I bought this for our local Alzheimer’s group therefore I couldn’t put it on the display with the pink surface gone and the residue of the label still on. An expensive mistake which I could ill afford to make.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Can't say how durable the colour is yet, but the unit as a whole seems well built. A pot of coffee was still warm 6 hours later, so it certainly does its job well enough.Update: I made mulled apple and cranberry juice to take to my parents for Xmas. Filled the carafe at noon Xmas eve. Still hot at 7pm. Still warm at 4pm Xmas day. 29 hours later.

Got this for travelling round Scotland, it looks good and holds enough hot water and actualy stayed hot for a reasonable time.

Hard to pour without spilling a few drops.
