I had high-expectations of this book when i read the first chapter especially that it linked core financial aspects with marketing, sales, and eCom domain. So i bought it although its quite expensive compared to similar books. If the cost of this book was $5, I would give it 2 stars. The book is basically set of definitions that you can find in wikipedia nothing more nothing less; im also surprised that there is absolutely no visuals at all!!!! No practical examples; a book of Analytics without numbers and example is not analytics. with the cost of this book, i can assure you that you can buy at least 3 and Waaaaaaaay Better Books.

Must read for every ecommerce owner.

This is a comprehensive guide for people to figure out what's possible with analytics. I found it very helpful and was able to figure out new approaches. Not sure what's up with the one star review above - the book has a ton of references and goes way beyond anything on wikipedia. Recommended.

If you want to understand how to link business outcomes to e-commerce this is the must have book.

Awesome book! I’ve read this completely and it has great information that helps understand the analytics that need to be used to be successful in the e-commerce!
