F10 SC Disinfectant 100ml Concentrated Solution

After searching for months to find a decent, well priced disinfectant for my guinea pig cages, I've finally found the one! F10 is very highly regarded and used by veterinary practices all around the country and was recommended to me by other guinea pig experts over on The Guinea Pig Forum. The instructions on the bottle are easy to follow, the only thing extra you need is a sprayer bottle to pour the solution into ready to use. I feel a lot better knowing that my pets' cages are being disinfected using a proper disinfectant, as opposed to a cheaper scented spray that doesn't kill bacteria. The bottle lasts ages, but I'll definitely be buying again! Pros: - Much cheaper to buy concentrated, just mix up the correct amount into a sprayer bottle and you're ready to go - Cheaper than typical pet shop disinfectants (once mixed up you get more for your money) - No scent, non irritant, non toxic - Destroys avian diseases, bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores - Biodegradable - Can be used as an air misting spray, for cleaning work surfaces, floors, cages and decontaminating hands etc. Cons: - Confusing bottle design, cap is difficult to open

I purchase this item regular for my lizard and reptile tanks.I trust this product as it’s used by vets themselves.I usually purchase the F10 direct from the specialist reptile store but decided to have a look on Amazon and the saving was quite large.I purchased from a bird/avairy store ( F10 is also used in aviaries) It’s an amazing product I use to wipe inside of tanks and also all viv furniture there is no worry about rinsing,simply leave to air dry and your good to go.The bottles seems quite small but it’s very concentrated and full dilution instruction Arron bottle.I have 3vivs and I use every few months on big clean and if placing new items in viv ,I also used more regular when my bearded dragon had pin worm infection.I find I usually get a good 12mths of normal use out of each bottle

Good quality product

This product really is amazing. It doesnt have an over powering smell which some pet cleaners have, infact you can barely smell it all. Our rats are in parrot aviaries and this stuff is just brilliant, I generally give things a good scrub using this spray and then leave it to dry before popping the rats back in their cage. It clears up any ratty odours and is safe enough that I dont panic if the rats are nibbling on something that ive cleaned with the product (like cage bars) The fact that its active against bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores is another huge plus as a rat owner, as the littlest thing can set off respiratory problems in rats with large vet bills to follow. An all round fab little product, and a little really does go a long way. For rat owners I really cant recommend this product enough :)

if you have pets buy this ,I use this in my aviary it does the job without harming my birds, you only use a small amount and it lasts once you've diluted it, works out a lot cheaper than buying disinfectant from a pet shop ,i dilute mine in an spray bottle that had pre bought pet disinfectant in it. this can be used for all pets not just for birds

Good product but the measuring section of the bottle is a bit difficult to use.

F10 is the best only ever use this with my reptile enclosures and equipment. Great if you buy anything second hand to remove any potential disease when necessary. Comes concentrated and will show you how to make up different strengths of disinfectant depending on what you need.
