Worn down after only a few days :(
Not sure if I got a bad one as a lot of people have left good comments. I was initially very impressed with the 'saber tooth' as it did what a lot of people have said i.e. cutting down the time needed to smooth down the glass, however after only a few bottles its ability to do this started to decline dramatically. It took longer to smooth the glass down to a point that it is no quicker than using sanding paper. I appreciate that it will in time loose its edge but at £33 I expected it to last much longer. Further more a number of the diamond 'spots' have now fell off. The 'saber tooth' is well and truly losing its bite.Update: I got in touch with Bottle Cutting Inc directly telling them my issues. They responded very quickly and have just posted me a replacement. Customer service was second to none so fingers crossed the saber tooth will be as good. Have increased star rating because of their response & will update once I get to use the replacement.
