It's 'OK' but...
As a lifelong mechanic and industrial machine tech I'm always looking for the next best flashlight. When I stumbled across this one randomly while researching replacement batteries for another light I was intrigued by the ad and comments. So I pulled the trigger and snagged one.The flashlight case and kit isn't something most people are used to. Usually we get packaging, the light, maybe batteries, and maybe a chintzy holder. This had all of that. The light feels robust and has enough weight to it to not have immediate suspicions that it's cheap fragile junk. The battery cover has an O ring seal that should arrive with a grease on it like dielectric grease but it's bone dry. The thickness of the O ring is too thin to 'feel' like it provides much of a weatherproof seal.Weatherproofing at that cap is a non-issue however because of the rubber charge port cover. That thing is just about completely useless! It doesn't press into the opening for the USB and Type-C charge ports securely. In fact, the cover is nothing more than an annoying little dangly bit that pops open if even mildly disturbed. It literally just sits in the opening with no effort whatsoever required to close it OR open it. Just handling the light the thing opens and flops around. Extremely annoying!!The light output is good for a light in this price range. The focus ring comes in handy to adjust from spot to flood but whatever you do don't turn the lens! It unscrews and gives the impression it can be removed but don't fall for that and try to pull the lens part off after unscrewing it all the way or you'll tear the wires off the inner part of the light that connects to the battery! The light will be junk then. And once you loosen that lens assembly one time you'll never get it to fully tighten again and it will loosen up with normal regular use of the light. You'll have to periodically 'tighten' it again.I have never seen a light output the image of the small chip/board the LED is mounted to like this light does. It shouldn't bother me given the low cost of this light but it sure does! If the lens assembly is adjusted for flood and the light is shined at anything close the LED chip silhouette is extremely visible which tells me the flashlight is wasting lumens by bleeding through backlighting instead of all the LED's output being directed out the front. It may not bother others as much but like I said, I'm a bit of a flashlight snob.I like the backup option of using the individual battery carousel instead of the rechargeable if I have to. That's a nice touch and the odds of losing it are reduced because of the included hardshell case. The lanyard is a complete waste for my needs but I can see where it would be useful to others. The holster however is about as cheap as cheap gets. For anyone whose work sees them crawling around or unholstering their flashlight a hundred times or more in a work day?...that holster will be worn out in two weeks tops. If that long.Overall, despite my negativity, I'll keep the light. The price, performance, and completeness of the kit is all just enough to convince me that it has some merit.

Works very well. Feels high quality
It looks nice, and preforms nice. It did take around 8 hours to charge out if the box though. Has a slight buzzing noise when on the lower light modes. However, it is fantastic for the price.

Gets Hot
When they say this is ultra bright, they are correct. What they don't tell you is that ultra bright setting makes the flashlight get very hot. Even in the instructions it is suggested that you don't leave the light on high for too long. Another annoying feature/bug is you have to cycle through settings to turn off the light, there are 3 light settings, and 2 blinking settings, and then your eyes can finally see again. The focus of the light involves pulling and pushing the lens on the light, and when the light is very narrow you can see a pattern on the beam of light (just annoying not that bad). It does feel like if you dropped this thing too many times it would stop working, but all in all, worth the money.

Bright and Very Useful
I wasn’t expecting this flashlight to be so bright. It definitely lights up the room. It comes in handy when we’re looking for something in the garage or at night. I bought it for our emergency kit. Very happy with this purchase. Would purchase again.

Not entirely waterproof
I tied the strap on a pole hanging with the lens slightly submerged in pool water for a little bit of nighttime swimming, and after about 3 hours there were moisture inside the lens. Fortunately, you can twist the lense cover off to dry it, and it still works fine. Other than that, the light is super bright, and I still like it.
