Reliable, Well-Built, and Perfect for Organizing Power in Any Setup
The Dynamode 12-Way Extension Lead is a solid and practical solution for anyone who needs to manage multiple devices—whether it’s in a home office, workshop, entertainment center, or server cabinet. After using it for several weeks, I’m genuinely impressed with both its build quality and thoughtful design.Build & Design:The unit feels sturdy and well-constructed, with a durable metal casing that’s a step above typical plastic power strips. It’s rack-mountable, but also sits comfortably on or under a desk. The individual power switches for each socket are a great touch—especially useful for isolating devices without unplugging them, reducing unnecessary energy use and wear on plugs.Functionality:With 12 sockets, there’s plenty of room for everything from computers and monitors to routers, chargers, and peripherals. The spacing is well thought out, though bulkier adapters may block adjacent sockets—common with most power strips. The 1.8-meter cord is long enough to offer flexibility without creating a tangled mess.Surge Protection:The built-in surge protection adds a layer of peace of mind, especially for sensitive electronics. In areas prone to power fluctuations, this is a critical feature that often gets overlooked until it’s too late. Conclusion:This power strip is more than just a multi-plug—it’s a well-designed power management solution for modern tech-heavy setups. It’s functional, safe, and reliable. Whether you’re managing a server rack or just need to clean up cable chaos under your desk, the Dynamode 12-Way Extension Lead is a worthwhile investment.

Perfect
I've got so many things plugged into this and it tanks it all. Gaming PC and monitor and it works fine.Positive - lots of socks, long cable to source, compactCons - needs to be an easier mounting mechanism

These are good value and do the job.
I read some negative reviews about not all sockets taking plugs. I had that, but simply working the "shields" in those sockets by pushing down the earth pin once with a screwdriver solved it for me. Please remember that this is not a "big power strip" where you plug an unplug things on a daily basis. In home use, it is a fixed power unit for monitors, computers, internet routers, network switches, etc. Use it for that and you will not be disappointed. Why only 4 stars? It was trivial, but I had to manually work a couple of the shields before plugging in a device that will stay plugged in until the end of time. If you want a "big power strip" shop elsewhere. If you want a very good power supply unit for a home (or small business) solution, and eliminate the wall socket to "power strip" that has "multi point adaptor" which leads to another "power strip" and so on until the mains cables are taking up more space under your desk that your legs are, then look at this option.

The best solution for my retro gaming setup
Initially had a problem with the wrong item being sent but this was rectified so won’t affect my railing of the product. This is by far the best way for me to hook up all my systems to one power bank. 12 sockets with no issues connecting any of my plugs. Surge protected which is hard to find on a power supply of this size.Mounting was as easy as drilling 4 holes and screwing in. The size is 32” measured from the ends of the mounting brackets and 30” for the actual power supply. Cable length is 67”.The power switch will light up red when on and go out when off. A light is also emitted for the power surge protection.Tempted to buy another...

Very cost effect solution to multiple plugs.
Needed one of these to set up a battery charging station. This came in at a very affordable price without the gimmicks of USB ports and individual on/off switches that come on a lot of consumer focused products. Its been on constantly for the past 8 months and has not let me down yet. Its very sturdy with its metal construction and i feel will last a lot longer than the plastic white power strips you'd get in argos.

Wasn't the cheapest option but great to mount under the desk
I desperately needed to tidy up the mess of cables under my desk, so I decided to get a power strip that could be screwed to the desk.Build quality seems good, and I like that there's a switch at the end so that I don't have to get to the wall mount to switch everything off if I need to.It's very slim and has enough spacing to plug in everything without bulky power bricks overlapping the next socket, so overall I'm very happy with it, and my desk is a lot more tidy with good cable management.

Great for my TV Unit
I have this screwed to the bottom of a Ikea Hemnes TV unit. I am using it to powerTV, Fire TV, Virgin TV, modem, 8 port switch, router, Hive, XBOX, Fireplace. This is perfect for my needs as all the items that I am using use a small amount of power. Before purchasing this please be aware that you are going to potentially power 12 things from 13 Amp wall socket that is 230 Watts per outlet. While this may be ok if everything was plugged in at different times, remember that in a power cut everything comes back on-line at the same time and things use more power when they are first powering up.Other than that it seems a pretty good power strip. Its very light weight which is a little odd for a PDU. I would probably only us this in the home.
