The tripod came exactly as promised and it was well packaged with an outer wrapping with bubble paper and carton. I am using Panasonic FZ1000 on this tripod which weighs about 850 grams only and it is a perfect fit on this tripod. The screwing mechanism on this though small, looks quite solid enough. This gives another big advantage. You can easily open the compartment in the FZ1000 for removing battery and memory card without removing the screwholder. This was a big disadvantage for the FZ1000 in many reviews. The head gives you complete freedom of moving around the camera in the panning, circular and vertical positions. The locking mechanism is very good and easily helps us to position a shot. The height of the tripod can comfortably gives standing "eye view" to a 6 footer. The overall build quality more than matches the price you are paying for it. The weight of the tripod is light, and you can easily lift up the camera with the tripod for instinct shots. The individual legs are relatively strong and can be used as a monopod also. The tripod also folds in to about 46cm in length which means you can put it inside a reasonable sized bag/backpack. The cover which came with the tripod also is very good and padded.CONS: Panning and up and down motions are based on the same screw means that precision, especially when you are zooming, will be a bit of a problem. I was trying a get some shots at 1000mm+ and found that the image will be missed by a few cm, when you tighten the screw. I solved the problem by always keeping the camera on something a few centimeter above after composing the shot, so that when the screw is tightened it shows what you want. May be by experience this could become easy. However this seems to be a limitation of the ball/bearing technology as my brother who brought a high-end manfroto product also faces the same problem.

Am using it with my Canon 60D and 15-85 lens. Am amazed to see its quite steady with this weight and it's very compact, good for my travel needs. Only thing I dint like is the clamping system, you have to be carefull with the lever while disengaging it or your camera might fall off

Just don’t use it with heavy lenses.
It’s okay. I wouldn’t put heavy cameras on it. The Plastic ball head doesn’t give much confidence. But it’s light and can take an a7iii with kit lens / 50mm.

Good
Good for its purpose, not too heavy nor big to carry around. For sure there's better and more expensive tripods, but this is a very decent all rounded that won't make you feel to need any other
