4ACES CPD24157 Squat Mug, White, 12 oz, Pack of 12 , 29.7 x 21 x 7.2 cm

2 of the 12 mugs arrived damaged, however being a mug myself made up for the loss.I give this product a 10/12.

It's a glossy and smooth easy to hold but it's not a sublimation mug just normal mug.

If I could give these cups NO STARS thats exactly what they would get. The cups I received are NOTHING like the image shown, (how misleading is that). Unbelievable! The cups are much smaller than the image shown and the cup handles are completely different.The cups were suppose to arrive on the 10th August. After contacting the sellers they finally arrived on the 15th. Had I known they were going to be so awful I would have cancelled the order. I'm now waiting on the suppliers to ok their return. I have this dreadful feeling that I will be expected to paid for the awful cups return. In that instance i'll most probably end up keeping them because it would cost me more than they are worth to return. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

Really like these mugs. They are very nice to drink from as they do not have thick rims. Would recommend. Arrived on time and very pleased with item and service.

On the positive The shape and size of the mugs was nice.On the negative They aren’t white they are off white some were poorly finished. There were inclusions in the glaze the occasional black/brown spot, I think impossibly got 2/12 perfect ones. I wouldn’t order them again.

Mugs are fine, but I would describe them as being cream rather than than white.
