These were a nightmare to get delivered, but so glad I persevered as they have made the RM2 experience even better. I thought there was nothing much to lose trying these and have been very impressed, so much so I've already recommended to others I know with the device.I found the original nibs are great when brand new, but soon flatten and they lose the feel and accuracy. With these nibs ,the feel is that of a roller ball and is very smooth on the excellent RM2 surface. The accuracy of pressure sensitivity and ink placement is now even more consistent and even using the fine pen widths look great. They are also better than the original nibs under very light pressure.I'd definitely buy again, but with a spare already in the pack and the nib showing no sign of any degradation, I don't think that will be needed!

I press quite heavily when I write, so went through several of the starter nibs that came with my Remarkable2 far too quickly. Switching to these ones have made such a difference. Yes, the texture feels a little different but it didn't take long to adapt and they fit really well. My screen has remained unscratched and undamaged and I'm happy with the performance. I think this pack will last me for a long, long time, so good value for money.

These work great with the reMarkable Marker Plus and don't wear down like the own-brand replacement nibs. Just be careful with them if you're a fiddler – the action of removing them from the housing and pushing them back in can damage the connector inside, meaning the marker won't work anymore and you'll need to have it replaced.

All the stars for me, until I discover otherwise. Have been using for a couple of months and no indication of scratching laminate of the remarkable. I think the theory is that because it's titanium and finished to a very smooth point this makes it hard to scratch however I think if the nib received damage (drop into concrete) where the smoothness of the tip was rough and, then beware of scratching. The standard remarkable tips change shape quite easily even within a day meaning I was having to change pen input (ballpoint, marker, pencil etc) to counter the wear of the tip, with these, there is no change of shape and I'm having a much more consistent and accurate writing and drawing experience without having to worry about wear and tear. I'm not sure what the overlay sheet thing is that it recommends you use, but I haven't used one and all is currently fine. I suspect that sheet is a way for the manufacturer to protect themselves from accusations of damage to the actual remarkable laminate, of which there seems to be none. Super happy with this purchase it's made all the difference.

I found that having fitted this product in a Maker Plus "pen" it starts to write even when the tip is c. 5mm from the surface of the reMarkable 2. I'm speculating that the metal nib acts like an antenna, so signal to/from pen is stronger than with the non-metal nibs - hence starts working at a greater range. Looking at the majority of reviews no one mentioned this (which is odd, because in my opinion it's a showstopper), but then looking at 1- and 2-star reviews I see I'm not alone. Based on my experience it doesn't work for me.

I have gone through many tips for my remarkable 2 pen since owning it. They really are pleasant to use. They make the pad feel like I’m using paper. The only downside is how quickly they ware down.These tips come very close to the original feeling but with the added benefit of not having to change the tip anywhere near as often. I have had mine in for about 5 months now and it’s nowhere near needing a change. I would have changed the original tip at least 3-4 times.They don’t give the same paper feeling as the originals but the cost saving is more than enough to make up for that. At least it is to me.

Works - apparently they do damage your remarkable screen presence very the long term but I guess if you’re gentle you’ll be ok until you give up using it.I bought this as a fix versus a new pen given the common defect causing the remarkable pen to break.

I use these nibs with my 2 Lamy stylus pens to write on my ReMarkable 2. I have been using them for several months and am very happy. The pen is responsive, and these nibs do not wear down.
