Q: Does the black/brown 55 x 24 model come with wheels?

Mine did in fact come with wheels, dark/black brown model

Q: Just purchased a week ago and I've used my desk four times and now the right side does not raise. What do I do?

There's a round-ish bar that runs between the two legs. On each end there's a little screw that holds the bar in. Either the screw came loose and that end slipped out, or the bar wasn't originally inserted all the way before tightening the screw. Check those and you should be good to go.

Q: One of the legs will not lower all the way. Is there a support email I can reach to get the leg replaced?
