Hi, thank you for your question. Yes, the soles on this style are non-slip.

Q: I am a US woman size 9 what size of these do I order?

I ordered the same size as the shoes I wear. They are adjustable on top. I've ordered 2 pr. and really like them. Start slowly and don't wear them for a long time in the beginning. Good luck.

Q: Do you get used to these because they are hurting my feet?

They should not be hurting your feet. They feel wonderful to me. Refexology works on the whole body. If there are points in your feet that hurt look on a foot reflexology chart to see what organs the hurting places correspond to. Maybe that organ needs some extra attention. Massage those places.
