I over research things. I hate having too many options. After “looking” on Amazon for a couple of days I decided on this little gem.What makes this a gem?1. The carry case. It fits well, not crammed in.2. The trigger for the nozzle. Easy start and stop3. The EXTERNAL water pickup tube. I wasn’t sure about this at first, but it’s a win. You’ll go through more water than you think. A small 1.2 liter tank just isn’t big enough. I used a gallon water jug. So much better. So much bigger4. QUALITY hose. The hose on this guy is quality insulated and wrapped. Unlike any others I looked at.Cons to the machine:Nothing really stands out. You do have to get used to the stopping of steam after you use the trigger to stop the flow. You’re waiting for the steam in the lie to escape. If you let it sit idle for several minutes the tube cools and you get a stream of water before steam. If you expect instant steam you don’t understand the science.Tips for use:Use a large water container, like 1-2.5 gal. Make sure it has a small opening though. It helps keep the pickup tube in.I got the best results when I used the machine to “steam heat” the water in my water container to HOT. The preheating gave me some serious steam power. The user manual actually recommended this if the ambient temp was cooler.I DID buy the 3 year protection plan just in case.This little wonder made quick work out of some nasty stuff in a car that I was reconditioning. I was truly surprised.

I don't know why it took so long to purchase this. I'm in love. The only thing is that it doesn't have a tank for the water just a pipe which falls constantly because of the vibration of the machine, but other than that I'm happy.

Pretty happy with this product. The water reservoir is not huge meaning it is quite easy to move around, and lasts a fair while. You can control the steam temperature and it can get quite hot.

The hose got really hot to the point that I was not able to use it. It cleaned areas very well but had to return it because I was able to use for just one or two minutes.

Maybe having instructions and parts detail would be nice to have.

Careful easy to burn yourself. Wish it had a trigger.

The product works fine but the fact that it doesn't have a trigger means you have to constantly reach over to flip the switch just to turn it off that makes it easy to burn yourself. The length of the cord helps get close proximity dirt and grim but not for further stains if your going to use it for car detailing.

It leaked from the start. Stopped after 5 minutes.

This item was returned the same day. I got a hotter stream from my stream iron. It is not a good streamer like they said it would be. All I got was a lot of mist from it. I was not too fond of this streamer.
