Liposomal Sulforaphane 450MG, Maximum Absorption, Glucoraphanin with Myrosinase, Antioxidant Supplement from Broccoli Seed Extract, 180 Softgels

Previously I was using a product called Retro V for viral issues, but it was $100 a pop. At the time when I looked, I found no other products that had the ingredient glucoraphanin, so I was happy to find a new product that has it at 4x the amount of Retro V. Does it work? I can't say for or against, but I know there are multiple health benefits associated with broccoli seed extract, so I continue to take it.

I ordered this because I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids and it is supposed to shrink tumors. I did some research and this product contains a higher dose than most others and is about 50% cheaper than products containing a similar dosage and the mustard seed. Most products do not contain the mustard seed and is a much, much smaller dose. I take 1 a day and I am close to the bottom of my 1st bottle. I have noticed less pain and heaviness. In my research I found that you shouldn't take sulforaphane with dairy because it blocks some of the absorption of the sulforaphane. If you consume dairy, wait a couple hours after taking sulforaphane so you get the full benefit. I definitely plan on ordering again and including it in my daily routine because it is supposed to help prevent cancer cells from forming. The gel caps are a pretty good size. If you have trouble swallowing pills, these will be hard for you.

The convenience of the product is fully recognized. But as a medical writer, I recognize that the tablet form with this supplement is the choice of ongoing studies. It is powerful, and while I haven't taken it long enough and of course, not under a testing program, I know that using it has excellent potential for optimum health, so have made it part of my regular supplement and diet regimen. While I love fresh broccoli warmed and buttered, I also want maximum anti-cancer protection. This is a significant health move for anyone wanting to live a long, healthy life. Using this supplement is a very wise choice.

Take the product for PCOS symptoms. No side effects. Fair price. Easy to swallow. No bad taste.

UPDATE- 8/20/2024 I have 2 brands of sulforaphane supps. One is AMAZING & I feel energized & simply AMAZING each time I take it. EVERY time I would take one from this brand, I would experience a splitting migraine that would last for days. Because I take these infrequently and was unable to pinpoint what in my diet, environment or supplements that was causing these vicious headaches until tonight. (08/19/24) 🤕🥴😵‍💫 🔨 After years of these unusual, intense & random migraines occurring, I was finally able to pin point that it’s from this brand of Sulforaphane pills‼️ Because these migraines are different than any others I’ve ever experienced it was rather easy to verify in my journal that these pills coincide with this type of migraine historically.🛑 💊 ⚠️ ☣️ SRSLY WHAT’S IN THESE⁉️⁉️⚠️😳🤯😱 Once I began the process of trying to determine what’s aggravating my body from this brands ingredients, I realized that these pills are questionable‼️ = These pills are sketchy & the legitimacy of the vendor is in question too as there’s no responsible party nor is there a physical address. Misrepresentation by the brand/company is not ok. 🤢 Who knows what’s actually in these plastic pills!!! Unless a third party lab tests them & provides a Certificate of Authenticity these are WAY TO SKETCHY TO PUT IN ANYONES BODY. ⚖️ 🧑‍⚖️ These pills look like a class action suit, just waiting to happen

I'll be quite honest, I initially ordered this product because its price was half of its competitors and I feel Sulforaphane is one of the most important cancer-fighting substances we can consume. I have been using it for two months and I am quite pleased. The product is easy to swallow and has no taste. Like all the other nutritional supplements I take, it does not make me feel any different. Just like all the food I eat does not make me feel better or worse. I just assume that like this supplement, the food I consume is providing me the nutrition my body needs. I can recommend this product but as always your mileage my vary.
