It appears that this product is neither Egyption Cotton nor Luxury Item We have bought Egyption Cotton items from the Stoes and they are definitely different. Not returning as it will cost us.

Thin cheap towels - product listing not true to reality
I am surprised these towels generally get good reviews - maybe the quality is very inconsistent. What I received was plain thin towels which (if that’s hotel quality) you need to head to the cheapest motel. There is no decorative stripe and the material is thin and not fluffy. Folded they look flat and sad. They are not expensive but it’s upsetting to waste material items with climate change and whatnot - and I can’t use these.

Purchased as a gift
When I received I felt they were a little flat and not particularly soft, however now washed and used a few times are very good. Bright White and soft to the touch and very useful for our bathrooms for visitors
