Oil does not dispense from the bottle
The oil will not come out of the dropper on the bottle, despite tipping, shaking, banging, poking etc. so it is completely useless but non-returnable

brilliant for psoriasis, significantly made a difference in combination with dead sea mud... however be aware that the oil is a bit stinky... you feel like a cumberland sprinkled with Tabasco.
