I purchased this as a gift for my brother that lives over 2500 miles away when he opened it He adjusted it to the fullest that he could still did not fit his head so he had to give it to one of his sons the how to be used but it's pretty sad that I spent $44 on a hat that didn't fit an adult I did not buy the youth size I bought the adult size sorry this is not the same hat that I should have got.
