I would give it a negative rating if I could. The inserts are rough, hard & nothing about them is spongy. Probably they are okay for cheap clothing which comes with readymade inserts. Not even going to try to put them next to my skin I am sure I will get chafing. Waste of money and worst part can't even return it. It is going to end up in trash!

Not stitched as mentioned in the discription. The top layer is coming out after few uses.
