I have back and knee problems and see a pain management doctor. This doesn’t replace opioids but it knocks the edge off and medication seems to last longer. That’s my second day trying it impression. Don’t use much. Test small before you slather it on.

It definitely quells the itching after the heat of the cream calms down. Wear disposable gloves for application as it will burn hands, especially if chapped. It's also difficult to completely wash off.

I'm glad I found this stuff! The capsaicin patches I used to use were discontinued and it's the only thing that takes the edge off my severe neck pain. I love that this doesn't have any smell and I can wear it at work without smelling like I bathed in ben gay. Zero odor. I'm not sure why folks said this is like fire on your skin because I have extremely sensitive skin and environmental/food skin allergies and this does NOT burn. When you put it on, you feel a little tickly feeling for a few minutes, but no burn at all. No redness for me either. I will order again. The price is very reasonable.

May be too soon to know the full benefit on the itch as I have not used it up to 4 times/day.
