It's a blend of oils
I've heard so many good things about red pimento hair oil and even more so about how it helps to promote new hair growth that I just had to give it a try.Its a light oil, but still an oil, so it will leave hair greasy unless you're using less than a drop in your hair.It has a lovely soft scent, and made me think of lemon oil.That's when I thought to check the ingredients list, and sure enough lemon oil is one of the 6 listed ingredients.I'm aware that ingredients are listed in order of highest quantity to lowest quantityThe list of oils in order as on the label;Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Lemon Oil, Lavender Oil, Pimento Oil.Red Pimento Oil is the last in the list. So a bit disappointed. After realising this, I now just add it to my castor oil blend which I use for my hair.In fact castor oil and coconut oil are the first two listed so in my mind, this is hardly a red pimento oil but a JMBC & Coconut Oil blend.It does help in improving the texture of hair, gives it much needed moisturisation. Once washed out, hair does feel invigorated and soft.I did also note less hair fall when washing it out.As for hair growth, I'd probably have to give that credit to castor oil since it well known for promoting hair growth, as well as for eyelash and eyebrows too. I can't say it's because of this oil specifically but more down to castor oil and a blend of other oils too.If red pimento oil really is good for new hair growth, then I'd prefer a stronger "dosage".

Amazing product
I really REALLY like this. My hair was a bit damaged after years of flat irons and it never grew. Ever.After using this for the last two/three months, I’ve seen more hair growth than I’ve seen in a year and my curls are super defined. It’s repaired my edges that were thinning due to heat damage. I even use it on my sparse eyebrows which have become a bit thicker.If it helps, the key to this is massaging it into your scalp well as it promotes blood circulation, so you’ll notice your scalp tingling. I use this once or twice a week and massage it into my scalp and through to the ends of my hair. It is a bit thick which I like so if you have finer strands, warm it up a little to make it easier to work with. Sometimes I leave it in overnight but mostly I let it sit in my hair for 4/5 hours then I wash it out. It’s a god send. Obviously you won’t see instant results (what product does?) but it has made my hair super healthy and strong. Will buy again and again.

It works!!!
This product really worked for me, my hair had been thinning at both sides over last few years. I have locks and my thinning sides were becoming really noticeable, sometimes even embarrassing.A friend sent me the picture of the product in an Amazon link (he must have been trying to silently tell me something). After reading the reviews,I thought I would give it a try. I have been using it two to three times a week since April and I am pleasantly surprised as to how my hair is growing back in both areas where I was going bald. I have just ordered two more bottles as I love it so much and I am determined to keep up my regime and hope my hair growth continues in the same way it has been doing.

It works!!
Smells great, easy to use. I lost my hair from chemo and found this helped my regrowth.In colder climates like where I live the oil solidified. So I pop it in a cup of warm water first to liquify it before use. It’s very greasy so you need to use a shower cap if leaving it in for a few hours. Looking at other people hair growth post chemo I seem to have more hair at the same stage as others. I took one star off because it’s messy.

No noticeable change in hair growth!!
So after weeks of we I figured out that I can twist open the top nozzle!I love the smell and how overpowering it is. May not be to everyone's taste, especially if you have it on during work!!I can't say there's a noticeable change in my hair thought, which is the whole point of the product?

If your here because Huda recommend it ..
This is a quality product. However it wasn't for me. It had no effect on my hair growth and i only used it because Huda kattanof Huda Beauty recommend it on Instagram for eyebrow and lash growth. I personally didn't put it near my lashes as it had Pimento in it and that would be painful I imagine. Not listening to Huda again !
