Growing Success 150ml Organic Rooting Gel

The missus has the green fingers and rates this so was suprised to get it cheaper at Amazon than our local suppliers. I guess it will grow on me too.

Arrive before stated, a little disappointed, followed the directions, but my plants never rooted. I will try again.

Every cutting I have taken and applied this gel to has taken and quickly established itself into a healthy plant

Not a bad product

I grow native trees for conservation planting. I produce Aspen from cuttings as it rarely produces seed here in northern Scotland.It is one of the few members of the poplar family that does not root easily from cuttings. I tried Growing Success organic rooting gelto compare it with Stike and Doff rooting hormone powders and with a no treatment control. The cuttings treated with the gel failed to produce roots after 30 days as poorly as the cuttings that had received no treatment. The cuttings treated with hormone rooting powder rooted much better. I could see no benefit at all from the gel and will not be buying it again.

The bottle had a little crack and the gel was coming out...It did arrive quickly though...but I put some nylon over the crack and glued it... it should be fine
