I placed an order around noon and in a couple hours time they had already packed the order, prepared the shipment, AND sent it off (actually sending it off and on its way). That was faster than even Amazon. A+ service right there!I purchased 2 refurbished Samsung Galaxy Fold 4s from the seller, one for me and one for my son. They were noted as being in excellent condition. Upon arriving, both phones looked absolutely flawless. Not a single scratch, buff, stain, smell, or anything. It was hard to believe that these are 4-5 year old phones. The factory peel-offs around the sides of the phone, and on the outside of the hinge, were still on the phones, both of them!!! They were both fully unlocked and connected to our cell providers without any issue after swapping our Sim cards into them.I am currently running Accubattery on my phone to get a rough approximation of the health of the battery. My phone got CONSIDERABLY hot during the phone/data transfer process (moving stuff from my old phone to the Fold 4). My son's phone did not get nearly as hot as my phone. My previous phone, a Motorola Razr+ 2024, was also purchased refurbished and showed signs of wear and tear on the battery. After 3 full charge cycles, it is reporting the battery at 89% which is pretty darn good for a 4 year old phone model which burns through its battery life between charges. That indicates some usage over the years but still a very healthy battery.Honestly for the price of the phones, the quality of the phones, and the lightning fast service, I feel like I stole these things! I highly recommend this seller.

I'm seriously loving this phone. I'd been eyeing a co-worker's phone for a few years, and when I belatedly realized my Note 9 (which I hardly ever used) was no longer supported, I went for this right away. I think my only disappointment is that the S-Pen doesn't work the same on a Z Fold as it does for the Note. I'm happy with the screen, the battery life, the storage, the reception (not the best where I live, but this phone makes the best of it), the way the apps run, and the feel of the phone--although I keep it in a case, because I drop everything. I've yet to take more than one photo in it, but that one was fine. I may be firmly in the Apple walled garden, with my iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iPad, and MacBook Air, but I hardly use my iPhone anymore; it's now kind of just there to make certain features work on its fruity Companions.Some of my relatives who saw my phone over the holidays liked it. They lost interest when I answered their questions about the price, but my point is they were intrigued by my phone!If I could, I'd take off half a star for the way Samsung nerfed the S-Pen, but that's not an option. I don't think the loss of that functionality is worth a whole star, so it gets five in my book.

I purchased this Galaxy Z Fold from thegadgetdeals. I was excited because this is a really cool phone. I got it and visually it was in good condition, it even came with a s reen protector on the inside screen. But then I noticed that it wouldn't charge wireless. 9 then noticed that the screen protector was coming g loose. After that I noticed what looked like a hair on the screen screen, it wouldn't blow off so I figured it was under the screen protector. I lifted it up and the hair didn't move, it later got bigger. I requested a refund and got it. The seller said it was a damaged pixel then charged me a restocking fee for a phone the clearly needed repaired. Accused me of dropping it cause they said the camera lens protector that I put on was cracked. Therefore even more proof, in their eyes, that the phone wasn't returned in the condition it was shipped. I will never buy from them again. And will tell my family and friends not to either.

Almost one month ago, I bought this phone and have been using it regularly. Overall, it is working well.1. The phone looked 100% new when I received it.2. The battery performs excellently; after charging, I can use it for a day and a half.I did encounter a small issue with the system because the phone was locked by the admin. I contacted Amazon and the seller's customer service, and they were very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. If they couldn't fix it, they offered to arrange a return and refund.In the end, everything is working well, and I appreciate the great service I received.I love it! Thank you for your assistance! ❤️❤️❤️

The device came with two issues. The wifi would not turn on most of the times and when it did, it would turn off a few minutes later. The second issue was that the screen did not unfold all the way open. It unfolded about 165 degrees. However, despite such, the seller respond to my queries and complaints in a timely manner and instantly refunded me when the device was returned. So I will say customer service was great despite the shortcomings.

Ordered this phone by mistake (wrong color). I ordered the right color and received both. Actual phone i wanted worked great. Seller was very gracious in allowing return with full refund no problem. Recommend.

I want to leave a review after a YEAR of use — everything works perfectly! The screen is great, even though it has fallen on the floor a couple of times. The battery lasts just like an iPhone, but I knew that from watching YouTube reviews, since it’s a powerful device. And now the battery just like a year ago, nothing has changed. But the battery doesn’t get worse with the release of a new model like it does with iPhones!So I’m thrilled with this phone. I was an iPhone user for 13 years, and I have no desire to go back! If you’re used to an iPhone PRO model, you won’t really notice any difference in weight — they’re similar in that regard.I was also afraid to order it from this seller, reading the reviews, because I live in another country and wouldn’t have been able to return it, but in the end, I don’t regret it for a second!

I purchased this phone and have been using it for 5 months. All of a sudden the front screen started flickering on and off randomly. This was NOT after a drop or any kind of physical misuse. Over the next three days the flickering became worse and then on the fourth day the main folding screen went black - completely dead. I attempted to factory reset to see if that fixed the issue - no go it would turn on for less than 30 seconds, then hiss static loudly and shut off. While I was trying to verify my warranty it stopped making notifications, then it also stopped making calls, then it stopped being able to take calls... This phone all of a sudden after 5 months of regular use suffered what can only be described as catastrophic hardware malfunction.Over the next 3 days I was contact with Samsung customer service, sending over my warranty documentation more than 5 times - I kid you not. The issue is that the amazon renewed warranty is 90 days and for some reason that overrides the fact that the phone has a year long warranty through Samsung. I sent my documentation five times to three different agents and even though it showed as in warranty on my end (from the original documentation i sent through the website) each agent somehow could not see that the documentation that I sent in. I spent over a week with Samsung customer service arguing the fact that they were incompetent and my warranty was valid.Now I am still in a fight as it is showing a repair estimation and still showing as out of warranty - whether through the amazon renewed warranty issue or whether they're sayin it's physical damage (I repeat the phone has not been dropped, the catastrophic issues started randomly) I will never buy another electronic from Samsung - Their customer service is the most appalling thing I have ever experienced - and I will be moving to a different device without repairing my current one if they insist its related to physical damage.

El equipo venia en perfecto estado por fuera, el problema con este tipo de equipos es pero en la bisagra el cual en mi caso duro 2 meses y ahora necesita una nueva, el cambio de esta es casi lo mismo al valor total del equipo.

Purchased May 2023, approximately 11 months later the screen has started to crack at the fold point. After approximately 8 months the interior screen cover started to crack at the fold point, replaced the screen cover, now the actual interior screen has started to crack. Amazon will not do anything as they only have a 3 month replacement, they told me to call Samsung, not having any luck with Samsung since the phone was purchased through Amazon. My advise based on this situation would be to not purchase a phone through Amazon.

Ni un año me duro y de la nada se apago y ya nada mas permanecía encendido si estaba conectado, trate de pedir garantia en amazon y no me lo quisieron hacer valido, mande mensaje al vendedor y jamas me respondio🫩No lo recomiendo, no lo compren

Recibí el equipo con tallones y descarapelado de ciertas partes.

Llego embalado en perfectas condiciones...al abrirlo me sorprendió verlo completamente nuevo,aun con plásticos pegados etc....solo no traía carga lo puse cargar y empezaré a usarlo..cabe mencionar que anteriormente tenia el fold 3 nunca fallo por 2años obio con su debido cuidado y preteccion y aun lo conservo ..espero escribir del samsung fold 4 lo mismo..
