Sturdy but with some design or instruction issues. Arrived effectively "inside out" so when assembled the extra section hung from the main part. This section could hit and mark the side of the van. It is possible, advisable to reverse the frame then the extra section is supported by the main frame. The airer of course projects out further and could be an obstacle and when loaded with wet washing a greater leveraged load will press on the side of the van. The rack needs "feet" or a tube of pipe insulation to protect the side of the van. It is worth noting that the plastic wrapping appeared to have been "spot" welded around the airer and required excessive cutting to remove it. However the frame fits well and the window can be secured on the night latches.

I have been using it for some time now, but always irritated by the fact that in real life the last wire is not complete and cannot be properly adjusted, so I had to order another model which comes with a complete wire.

Simple design is always the most effective and this is no exception. Would have like some protection on the bottom corners which rest against the van to give more cushioning and protection for the van. I just cut up some old foam pipe insulation and slipped that over the corners to protect the van. viola done.

the bars are a little thin, so don't overlaod them too much or the airer will bend a little. the hooks and extension separate from the main piece, either by accident or design. It does the job, but I have seen sturdeir models

Received this today for hanging out of my caravan window..,it fits perfectly and I can lock the window on the latch which is exactly what I wanted. I recently bought a similar airer that was very flimsy and poor quality compared to this one, plus I couldn’t lock the window with the other one. Would definitely recommend to caravanners looking for a space saving way of drying towels/clothes.

Holds a lot of washing but does take a while to dry as clothes are so close together. Great for out caravan and goes neatly in the cupboard.

Ideal for purpose

Ideal for use in our caravan, I’ve put some plastic tube on part of the frame to prevent any damage to the van side. Plenty of room for all the washing and drying we do while away in the van. It folds down flat so there is no problem with storage.
