Does it shrink after washing and drying?

is it comfortable in cold winter?

The jacket has 2 interior pockets which have open slots at the bottom. Items are always falling out of the pockets. Why aren't the pockets sealed?

I'm 6'4" 215lbs , xl or xxl? can anyone help me.?
