No issues, straight fwd plug n play
Works fine for me....plug and play. Using it to input a monitor, keyboard and mouse to a laptop. Also has phone charging ability.

Unusual power supply with reliability problems. Avoid.
This Dell unit uses the same power supply as the internally similar Targus unit but without the ability to power your laptop via the dock. The power supply is an unusual four-pin design that seems almost impossible to replace with standard parts, forcing you to rely on time-consuming and expensive support. I can't be sure but I'd suggest this is the reason why so many of these units are being sold via refurbishers and Dell seem less keen to sell them directly online.
