This is hands down the best guided journal I've ever had! I've literally had it for one day and I can't put it down. You can take as much or as little time as you want daily, weekly, whenever filling it out and it really makes you want to put your phone down and clear your mind. It is such a nice, well-made book that's easy to follow and shows just how much thought Jess put into each page. Can't recommend this enough!

I am so excited to use this! I have loved Jess Conte's other products/things that she suggests and so I have been wanting to get this journal for a few years now. I love the top how it has the perfect texture and is aesthetic enough to keep on a dresser. I love how the pages feel and the fact that it's interactive! 10/10 recommend

I found myself spending so much time thumbing through the contents of this journal so, so excited to fill it. I will say, there’s a little bit of repetition, but if you use it as a tool to reflect on your self, it’s very nice. I can see where it might be annoying for someone who explicitly isn’t looking for a “self help” kinda vibe. It’s very well-thought out, aesthetic, and relaxing!

Loved the variety of prompts for each page, and I love the first two prompts specifically that last the entire length of the book; you write a line about your day and what you are grateful for that day. I am still not finished with the journal, but I love to look back at how my year has been going. This book really did help me clear my mind at the end of the day and helped me create a routine. Definitely recommended purchasing!

I have never used a guided journal before so I was excited to get this journal and it exceeded my expectations. I love the cover material, its like fabric. I love that it has themes, inspirational quotes and questions you can answer and go back and read, its like a time capsule. I love that the creator shares her own answers to some of the questions asked in the journal, its like having a friend with you as you are journaling. I love that its designed to help you stay positive. There is nothing negative I can say. I look forward to journaling in this and I haven't looked at all the pages because I want to be surprised but what I have seen makes me excited for the rest :)

I watch Jess + Gabriel’s videos often, and when I saw Jess came out with this guided journal, I had to purchase. What I love about this video is that you don’t have to fill it out everyday. Some journals require you fill out a page a day, which I knew I couldn’t keep up with. This journal allows for you to get creative and fun. There’s options to draw, write, vent, etc. Totally recommend as a pick-me-up gift or for yourself to learn more about yourself, and just to get in-tune with your life! Can’t wait to look back at my progress when I’m done!

I bought this because I adore following Jess. I like the check ins, coloring, and just fun pages to fill in that really make you think. There are more personal pages that can be a part of your healing journey. Jess really thought of how to have this journal to heal and relax you and let you be creative.

This is genuinely my most favorite journal I've ever had. It's given me so much serotonin during my hardest semester of university yet. With the variety of activities in it, you can pick and choose what you feel like doing depending on your mood or the time you have. the coloring pages are beautiful, the prompts are so wholesome, I'm learning about myself. It's just my favorite way to spend time with myself and I usually HATE journaling. Jess, please make another one!!

I have always wanted to get this. And let me tell you, I am not disappointed at all. Right from the printing, packaging, the fonts.. everything is well articulated and the design is perfect as well. Jess knew what she was doing. This is the best journal. EVER.
