A must-have for ghe keen bread baker.
I constantly seek ways to improve my bread making, so I don't know why I haven't bought these before. They certainly do make proving easier, and make for an extremely attractive loaf. The scraper, which I assumed I would immediately bin, is actually very good, although I would hate anyone to see me use it!
