This arrived quickly, was pretty self explanatory to set up and I think it's working, hard to tell but son says his TV connects better with it that without, and my studio bike and treadmill definitely connect quicker than without it.The instructions are pretty straight forward, I did as instructed, made sure I was right next to my WiFi router AND modem... and it didn't connect.....tried again and it didn't connect...kept trying with the same result. One of the issues is that the illuminated lights on the extender do not match what the instructions say it is supposed to do.The next day my husband tried setting it up with the same results. Eventually he gave up and we both went to work. When we came home the extender had connected and appeared to be working (maybe it was just tired after all that travel)I then unplugged it as instructed and plugged it back in about 15 ft from the WiFi router. It looked at first as if I would have to go through the entire setup again....so I just left it. When I came back it had connected correctly and appears to be working.I have to mention that I've had the same thing happen to another WiFi extender, the WiFi router itself, the modem, any smart plug I ever buy, my new treadmill....pretty much everything. I think I'm the problem here, not the tech I'm trying to install.So, the message is, if it doesn't seem to be connected as it should, just leave it for a few hours and try again....if it hasn't connected in your absence.

I was afraid that this product was not top of the line and you get what you pay and the signal will not reach three floors above my house, since my router sits at the lower level , but I was prove wrong it’s working perfectly, tip make sure to “pair it close “to your router wait a couple of minutes and it’s done then you can take it away from it,,,I have installed it and started using it in less than 30 minutes. I have it for a month now and I didn’t need to reset or turn it on and off like other reviewers it’s small and efficient.

Easy setup and works as directed. Took 10 minutes and mostly due to waiting on the router to connect with the plugged in device.I discovered however if you unplug the device after a connection you have to start the process over again and put in your router password in your dependent devices all over again. And what the device pamphlet didn't say, you need to go into your dependent devices and for internet connect to the new device as opposed to your regular home network, for the device plugged in to work. "my experience" with a Roku TV and Amazon Alexa Echo.

I have a 2200 sq ft two story house. The router for my wi fi is located in the first floor at the end of the family room. Before installing the booster The wi fi upstairs on the opposite end of the house was very weak ( at times no signal) After installing the booster the signal has increased to maximum as if the router is in that room. The installation was basically plugging the unit in and entering my wi fi password. I am very satisfied with the product.

I am so happy with this WiFi extender. I have it in my upstairs bedroom. I was getting so frustrated that I wasn't getting a good wifi signal in my bedroom. Once I purchased this extender, I no longer have a problem accessing my internet. It was sooo easy to inslall and I didn't need Tech support. The instructions were very simple and I like that it looks like a little robot. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Since moving into our 100+ year old home 3 years ago, we’ve had trouble with our WiFi. I wish I would’ve bought this extender sooner! It’s a total game changer!! No more frozen internet videos, no more dropped signal. It’s amazing!! It took me a bit to set it up as the SSID listed on the unit was not showing up on the WiFi list on my phone. I ended up having to do a hard reset on the unit and then was able to get it to work. It’s been awesome ever since! Can’t recommend enough for those who struggle with a strong signal in your house!

At first i was very skeptical and did not think it would improve my signal strength but after playing with it for an hour all of a sudden 3 out of 4 green lights glowed and my wife said we now had 4bars of signal strength on our I-phones where we were normally 1 and our tvs seldom do any buffering. I am impressed and am a believer.

The TV in our bedroom would continually freeze about every 7 or 8 minutes. Very frustrating. I ordered this WiFi extender booster with little expectations. But the price was reasonable enough it was worth a shot. OMG !! Shortly after installing it (and honestly the instructions were harder than the actual installation) in the same room as the freezing TV, the freezing stopped. It's basically plug and play, We haven't had a freezing incident in over a month now. This thing is great! Delivery was fast, price was excellent! Highly recommended.
