This is by far the Best Buy of the year. I live with chronic back pain. I’ve tried roller log, stretchers, stretch exercises this think has given me so much relief in just a few days. I e we of highly recommend this for back pain relief. I use it on a lower setting for my upper back and a bit higher for lower back. We’ll worth the mo ey

It really works
I use this product once and I can bend forward again. It's labeled to have a magnet, don't be fooled though, there's nothing magnetic. It is a great product though

Difficult to set up
This was hard to figure out. Didn't come with instructions, and the piece that you use to adjust it broke after the first few turns, so I had to use a screw driver to adjust it. Otherwise it works as expected.

Great for stretching
I’ve had a couple neck and back surgeries. I have an injury from a fall. It feels great! You can adjust to just you need it!

Awesome!!!!
I wasn't sure if this product would help my lower back. So far it's awesome! I had to start at minimum arch because my back hurt so bad. As my back heals, I'll be able to increase the intensity.

Initially wasn't impressed. Continue to use and saw the results I was hoping for.
It takes a few times to really feel a benefit.Seems to be holding up great after 6 months of regular use.
