Discovered this while on vacation this Fall, was making french bread to go with our Italian dinner, used this instead of garlic salt or powder, was hooked! Perfect seasoning for bread, pastas, etc.The Rosemary is not overbearing, and the seasoning blend complimented our meal, had never heard of it before. Cannot wait to try the other seasoning blends in this product. Arrived promptly. Worth the price! Love it! Would recommend!

The flavors are great. The thickness can be corse or fine powder depending on which one you choose. But, I use this as seasoning to make every meat to fish or even fish boil. I know cardinal sin no crab boil. But, add this to melted butter or substitute or oil. An it becomes the best seasoning on a burger, pork chops, chicken tenders, fish fillet, to fillet mignon to sirloin steak. Skirt steak for tacos or fijitas. Making this your go to seasoning and marinade mix ade is so good. An oh yeah it's good for pizza. Plus dipping bread like any italian restaurant has. You can also use to make olive oil and red wine vinegar italian dressing with this. Just stir it up in a little bowl poor over the salad toss together boom. Fresh salad dressing. I am about to order more for winter stock up.

I love having ALL of these spice blends in one big jar, and I'm glad I can get them on Amazon now. Before I choose which one to use, I open each section and take a deep sniff … they smell so fresh and pungent. The first time I grilled wild-caught salmon in butter with the Florentine Blend, I thought I would swoon. But then I used the others in baked potatoes, pasta, chicken dishes, and even deviled eggs, and they were just as tasty. I also add it to olive oil to use as a dip for bread. The dried ingredients turn softer when they simmer, of course, but other times I like the little crunchiness they give. I’m a pretty good cook, but my “super-secret ingredient" is more often than not one of these easy spice blends … shhhh, don't tell!

Someone gave me a jar of this as a gift and it is now a staple in my pantry! It's part of a favorite meal in our house that my picky 6 year old will actually eat.I toss angel hair pasta with garlic, butter, the Florentine seasoning and then top with parmesan cheese. If I'm feeling fancy I will toss in some shrimp or broccoli. It is fast, easy and inexpensive to make. I love this stuff!!

I purchased this for a friend and she loved it.

We liked the spices quite a bit, but the plastic jar had suffered quite a bit of abuse in a large plastic bag. The lid was broken, there was a crack in the bottom, and much of the product had leaked into the bag. Because we could not fasten the lid, and there was a hole in the bottom, we requested a replacement, but never got a reply. This is my fourth post - none of them have been published. Oh well.

Finally someone has put together a combination of spices that help re-create your favorite recipes!Used rosemary garlic blend on my rack of lamb. It was wonderful!Used the Tuscany blend on my free range organic Cornish Game Hen. It really kicked it up a notch!
