LEGO75178 Star Wars Jakku Quadjumper

Bought this to expand my collection of smaller Lego sets. I loved the Lego Star Wars games, and playing the later ones prompted me to buy this set.I will admit, i bought it primarily for the BB-8 minifig, but the whole set represents excellent value for money, especially since it was around half price compared to other retailers, including Lego directly!This is a fun set to build, and the Quadjumper has a few great features, including working guns, poseable wings and non-firing guns, accessible cockpit and rear gunner area, and exploding engines.The quality of Lego seems to have improved over the years. Most minifigs seem to come with double sided heads now, giving you a choice of facial expressions. There is also a larger range of unique bricks which replace the need to make a specific part from a series of single stud pieces. This is better for construction and results in a stronger model at the end.Very happy with this set, but i'm not sure I would be happy paying the regular £55 price tag!

I purchased this item for my neices son as a Christmas present and he loved it, kept him quiet for quite a while on Christmas day!!!!Very well made and not too easy to assemble which is great.

Loved it, fun to make, great characters included. Fun replay value.

Small in stature but plenty of parts to make the building experience last and the detail stand out even though it was a virtual blink and you'd miss it in the film

Poor quality. The mechanism that release the side pods has been poorly designed. I will be writing a complaint to lego.
