Like a lot of reviewers, I struggled to read the translated instructions, couldn’t stop laughing. Eventually found some SQ11 instructions but still couldn’t get the cameras to work properly (I bought two of them). One camera stops working and the only way to get it working is to plug it in with the USB lead. Maybe the battery isn’t lasting very long. Should really send them back for a refund, but really can’t be bothered.

This is a dreadful product. It's very poorly made and the instructions have been so badly translated to English that's it's near impossible understand how to use it. I spent ages trying to get it to work and I gave up in the end and sent it back for a refund. Seriously, spend more and get a better quality item with instructions you can actually understand!

has never worked and badly build. Lost the ssd card inside the unit and instructions were also rubbish complete waste of money

Good camera but sd card very hard to take out of slot not self locking or poping out needs long nails to take sd card out of slot and because of this issue had to return it for full refund.Thanks to amazon for their return policy.

After installing, I can use my phone to monitor my house all the time, anywhere has internet. The resolution is also surprisingly clear. It's super easy to install and really easy to use . I have it placed right at the front of my house, so I can see guests and passerby-ers, which is really convenient with very clear picture resolution. When you put a MicroSD card inside, you can also record and playback the surveillance later.

Just received my recorder and have to try and find a way to use this without the instructions. Is there an app I can download for it. The instructions are terrible. I basically can work out the first bit stating product features and then everything down from operating instructions is a mess.Please if anyone has managed to work this out let us know.
