FACILLA® Entry Key Remote Fob Shell Case 2 Button for Volkswagen VW Polo Golf

Very nice cover, it takes time getting your old key internals into this one and it can be a bit tricky, however it's all worth it. In addition, on how to actually do this process there are multiple videos on YouTube to instruct you to do this properly.

Great looking and feels like a quality piece of kit, Top Value for money and well worth the 3 week wait as it arrived on a slow boat from China. My only gripe albeit a small one, is that there is no VW emblem to cover the screw head in the head unit that holds the chip. That said, in all fairness there is not one shown in the photo.

These are as good as the original I didn't realise how worn out the old keyfobs were and so I definitely recommend these to any VW Golf MK4 owner. Obviously you still need the original internal electronic part to the keyfob and have to get key cut or just replace the blank key with your original key.

Very good quality case and blank key, took me about 20 minutes to transfer my remote internals to this case, then i transfered my key by knocking out the 1.5mm pin out and transfering my original key to the new metal body, i then carefully removed the immobiliser chip and glued it in the new case . And then it was job done! New working key.!

Saved myself a good few quid when one of the buttons on my old key gave up. I simply kept the top key half from the old key and swapped the circuit board over into the new key. Put in a new battery while i was at it. Worked a treat, took just a few minutes.

the are perfect ive seen comments about no working no there is no workings my fob wouldnt work press correctly so when these arrive split them as shown on u tube take working and battery out of you old one and place in the new one your key leave it as it is and clip it into new fob thats it good as vw's own i got 2 and both work great

Came on time, which is always a good thing and it does exactly what its supposed to do.Be cautious when changing these as exchanging the chip inside of the remote is easily damaged and mostly glued down in it's original case.

Good key replacement but the inside guts are not the same as that of an original key so be warned you my need to 'jig' internals around to get it to fit and BE CAREFUL not to lose the immobiliser chip!
