Product Description It's a well-known fact that drinking water and staying hydrated is an important part of enjoying a healthier lifestyle. Each time you close the lid after filling, a new dot will appear in the display window, allowing you to track up to four bottles per day (2.4 L). By setting yourself a goal to drink a certain number of bottles, dot provides a simple reminder of what you have achieved and gentle encouragement to reach your goal. Dot is a smart but low-tech way of improving hydration. Set Contains: 1 x Dot Bottle

It leaks - poorly designed plastic ring
This water bottle can't be trusted to do the one thing it really should do well - hold water safely. The plastic ring which sits inside the cap can fall out seemingly without intervention. When it does, water will come out from the lid if the bottle isn't upright. I've had water spilling inside my rucksack without realising until it comes through the bottom of the bag.Forget the nice counter feature - there's no point having it if the bottle doesn't hold water.

Thoughtful, habit-changing product. Good quality. Easy to clean
Smart thing. I change my water drinking habit a great deal thanks to this bottle. It s very rewarding at the end of the day to see that I reach the 4 dots. Very thoughtful and impactful design for the goods. One small little thing, the small cap is nearly as the same size as the big cap, so I often opens them both to drink and get water. Sometimes I accidentally twist the click.

Good idea badly implemented.
The idea is brilliant. A cap that counts the bottles you drink. Keep tabs on the hydration. Very laudable.Mine arrived 2 days ago and I'm not impressed. Firstly the bottle itself is very inflexible, so getting more than a few drops at the start of the bottle requires a hurculean effort of suckling to get anything out. This is compounded by the flapper valve in the lid which was set the wrong way so water will flow into the bottle easily, but is devised to restrict water exiting the bottle. It was similar technology that pre industrial revolution miners used to pump water out of mines. Very durable but needs to be fitted the right way round. Now those miners used leather which would work well using the technology of the time. Joseph and Joseph instead chose to use what seems to be a kind of paper with plastic covering it. This paper then breaks down and after a whole day of use (managed 4.5 bottles) it's breaking down and left me chewing bits of plastic. Quite impressive they chose to design something with a built in, time delay, choke hazard.Needless to say I don't recommend this bottle. It seems to be what happens when you let a designer loose without product testing.

Nice but a bit pricey
Really like the design although now I no longer find manually maneuvering the dots cute. Leak proof if you do clasp it tightly. I mainly fill this with tap water only, so it is absolutely easy to clean. But this bottle is really simple and hassle-free though, I can imagine if you want to drink juice or milk from here then it shouldn't be difficult to wash off as well. Anyway, the volume I chose (400ml) is about right. Not too big so it's not too heavy, even though it is full of water, when I do have to carry it outside. A little bit expensive here, eventhough I bought it on sale, because my friend once saw the exact same product with the price of only 6 pounds in TKMaxx!

Not too big
A good size not that readily available and like the mouthpiece. Easy to fill. Have read some reviews saying seal not good or they leak. Have not found this at all and our family have 4 of them including the larger size. Possibly over tightening them? Be careful that the part of the cap that fits to the bottle doesn’t get loosened when you take of the smaller top cap. Always check tightness of the two pieces together by using the smaller part of the cap. I don’t really bother with the counter bit, might prefer a version without. Pretty easy to clean, I leave disassembled to air dry.
