I had trouble at first, It didn't work, wasn't feeding my cats which caused behaviors and just was an overall headache. I couldn't figure it out. The company contacted me within 48hrs and were very kind in helping give me information on how to reset and fix it and gave the the support I needed. I appreciate them very much. I now recommend it, my cats are happy and fed and the world is back in order.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I turned it on hooked up to the Internet manually fed, it seem to work. I’ve had it for three days and if I don’t manually feed the cats the cats don’t get fed. I used the recommended feeding plan it does not work. When I go on vacation I’m just going have to set remembers for the times my cats get fed and how much to make sure that my cats get fed and then I have to have make sure that someone goes down and check to see that they actually did get fed Because the camera doesn’t work either. It worked once.

This product worked great for a couple of months….. then the notifications were getting delayed. Then I stopped getting notifications all together. I emailed them and never heard back. I have a busy lifestyle (hence the automatic feeder) so I never paid much attention to the app cuz the feeder is was still technically working. But I recently just went in to edit a feeding time and the feeder would not connect to my phone at all and stopped working. Contacted customer support and of course “it’s outside the warranty.”This product is faulty and I would not recommend.

Works pretty good for the most part. I mostly use it when I'm out of town. I have multiple cats and one is very capable. He opens doors and gets into everything. Well he managed to figure out he can bump his head into the button on the feeder twice and it'll give him more food. He's supposed to be on a diet from the vet. So I ended up unplugging it and taking the batteries out for now. It would be nice if there was a way to disable the button. So I'm going to glue a cap over the button so I can still use it when I'm out of town.

The media could not be loaded. This company is an amazing company to purchase a product from. I discovered them through a test pilot. They were receptive to my thoughts and wanted my opinion. They listened. They have taken their own ideas, ideas from their consumers and expanded upon them. I now have the opportunity to use the improved version of the product I tested. This feeder is AMAZING! It did require some minor assembly but nothing too hard where instructions were necessary. I thought the lid was going to be a little tough to get used to but it wasn't. As you can see, I can open and close it with one hand easily. The little hooks are so easy to catch. And the lid provides a secure closer to keep the food sealed and fresh as possible. The container can be seperated from the base for ease of cleaning. I don't have to worry about electronic components getting wet. The container has a frosted look so its easy to assess if their container needs to be refilled with food. I previously got carried away and forgot to check and didn't realize their prior feeder was empty until I had a cat demanding food. My cats and myself are very thankful for this feature. The bowl is an easy to clean metal. The best of all.....I get to check in on the kitties to see who is eating all the food. This will be so helpful to monitor the one cat I have who is on a diet. I was a bit weary on the camera and what exactly it can see, but it is nothing I have to worry about. The camera can be adjusted to angle down further to where you only can see the cat and bowl which is perfect for me! The camera was a bit laggy. I'm hoping it will clean itself up within time. It was super easy to connect it to my phone. And once you are in, its easy to figure out how to navigate. I was able to set up a feeding schedule within minutes!I can not stress how great this company (HHOLove/ABRCT) have been. They are understanding and strive to do their best. Whenever I have had an issue with their prior product(s) they were right there to troubleshoot with me. I will continue to praise and recommend their products until I am blue. :-)

Love how this feeder works and I can use it with my phone, I can feed my cat when I am away for a few days and even see him through the camera… but the seller sent it to me from another person that had returned it. How do I know? The cables were not in their bags, there was a black long animal hair in the bowl. It is very disrespectful to do that to a customer. When you pay for something new how is possible that they sent something that someone else tried and didn’t even check it or clean it or pack it properly again. Too bad I have to give this amount of stars because to me the product works perfect (I was going to return it but it worked since day 1 so I decided to give it a try).***Updated Review. Seller responded to my review, apologized for the inconvenience and helped with the problem. The feeder still working great and buying this have taken a lot of stress from feeding my cat when I’m away.

6weeks in and I have a pink stripe. The camera also isn’t smooth. It basically sends a pic every 2 seconds. Some have audio, but not this one. The feeding function seems to work. Pops right back on internet after power outage. It’s the camera that’s the weak point which is surprising because there are cheap options that would have worked well hereUPDATE: well they upgrades the software so they could put ads on the app and now the camera doesn’t work at all!!! Don’t buy this. It’s been nothing but problems from the start. Cheaply made with terrible software.

When I open the app my device is often gone and I have to reconnect it. Not sure if my cat is getting fed since I can’t check the history once it’s re-added. I have to start all over every time. Please help :)
