Its Another Do It Yourself Item
If you haven't got two DIY experts in the house, dont buy this. It comes in bits with scant instructions, nothing written, just pictures, one perch was cracked, asked for another to replace it, got it, but it was the wrong size, not for this cage. You dont even get a small spanner to tighten the screws which as very difficult and in awkward places. Fat fingers beware.Once assembled, it is a lovely cage, lots of room for my one cockatiel, could easily keep four birds in it provided they get time outside the cage, it's a lovely space. My bird loves it.I just felt let down by the seller because they weren't interested they had sent me the wrong perch so I am using the cracked one but it won't last.It just annoys me when as a customer I have spent a good amount of money on something and seller catn be bothered to be interested in my problems. Seller should make it clear that this item needs assembly. I am a widow living alone and it needs two people to assemble so I had to ask for neighbours' help. You need one person the hold it while the other puts the screws in and tighten but it isnt easy.

SAN JOSE / Voyager PARROT CAGE
Thank you so much for the fast and efficient delivery service for The Voyager cage which I recently purchased.My parrot loves it!!! It is very good quality; very roomy for her (she is a cinnamon green cheek conure). She loves sitting on the top of the cage when it is open.The bowls are fab and it makes things so much easier when changing food and water with being able to open the side doors to gain access to them.It is very easy to clean too which is great for me as I have some disability issues...I just need to find out how to get all the colorant off the perches from where she has demolished fruit ha-ha.Would recommend this cage to anyone and will definitely recommend this company....excellent service all round. Thanks again!!!

Impressive looking cage
Well packaged & speedily delivered. Took an oldie working alone just over two hours- to assemble. Instructions (pictures) could have been better, but just about adequate. Taping the top flaps together for assembly helps if you only have one pair of hands and I only fully tightened screws after full assembly. I suspect the perches will prove to be too soft wood for purpose. Would be nice to be able to extend the legs/raise the cage though.A good sturdy and nice looking cage. *It's going to take a lot more than that to persuade a neurotic African Grey that it's better than his home of the last 25 years!

These people are terrific when it comes to people who care about customers. I received the goods, which were really well built and at a very competitive price. The assembly instructions are not wonderful, but I got there in the end. There was one item that was missing a peg to allow it move. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised that one of their team jumped on it and fixed it by supplying a replacement part within 48 hours. I cannot recommend this company more as they really do deserve their five stars!!

exactly as described,i ordered item late evening 25/09/2014 and it arrived early P.M. 27/09/2014.this is a heavy well made item ,flat packed for home assembly.do not tighten any bolts until item is fully assembled (just fix nuts on first thread).once assembled tighten all bolts working from top to bottom diagonally and then centre bolts this ensures that the cage is square and plumb and is in accordance with good assembly procedure.in my opinion two long perches for a cage this size is not sufficient.

Great cage
This is a nice cage nice and big I bought the cage for my son as he is due to get his baby blue fronted amazon soon the cage has alot of space and looks nice sitting in the corner of his room it didn't take long for him to put it up the only problem was the cage did not come with the right amount of small screws washers and bults but the seller has kindly said they are sending more out for me so my son can add the seed catcher to the cage and overall I am very happy with this product.
