Can't fault the item in itself. When it arrived, the balls were floating about in the amazon box - they had come out of their plastic bag. When I counted them up, there were two short. This was frustrating as I needed to use some of the product that day so I couldn't afford the time to return the whole item to Amazon for a replacement. I rang Amazon and they agreed to give me a discount on the price to cover the loss of two balls. I was more than happy and felt they dealt with the situation appropriately and in a fast and efficient manner (the money was added to my amazon account as a voucher for future purchases). A simple error that was frustrating to experience because of the time constraint but resolved in the best possible manner.

Smaller than expected
Quick delivery ,but bit disappointed with size ,they are actually 35 mm not 40 mm as stated

We used them to make a solar system and baubles. Sturdy and great base to add decorative items to.

Not The Correct Size
These balls are much smaller than advertised at about 3.5cm so they are incorrectly described and therefore not suitable for their purpose. A couple of balls were damaged.
