These seem to be a healthy supplement for my diet. As far as curbing appetite goes, I'm not sure it did a great job at that. However, you don't feel jittery or any of the side effects of other appetite suppressants. I will say after about a month of use, I felt trimmer. Not sure if it was this, but they are healthy!

These work. I normally don’t write reviews but because I am a 420 lover I wanted to help someone else. I’m trying to go to the gym and lose weight but I smoke a lot and everytime I smoke I get hungry. I bought these to lower appetite after I smoke and I felt a difference after 3 days. I could smoke and literally not even be hungry . I decided to stop taking the pills to test it out and once I stopped taking the pills and I was eating like crazy after smoking when I stopped taking the pills. I gave it 4 stars because I hate how big the pill is

My wife swears by apple cider vinegar but I just can't take the taste! Every day when she's ready for us to take it I tried to find a way to make myself busy and then hope she'd forget.I think she's onto me though because she bought these capsules and gets 2 out for me every morning. I drink a full glass of water with them each morning and they go down easy. There's literally no taste! I was also able to stop taking my zinc vitamin because there's already some of that in these as well. So if your wife is way more health conscious than you... and you refuse to drink that disgusting apple cider vinegar in liquid form.... these are for you!

I was taking apple cider vinegar and MCT oil separately before finding this supplement! I had ran out of ACV and just went to Amazon to order some and saw this one. Love that I can take one supplement that includes ACV and MCT. I've only been taking 1 pill per day. I don't like that the serving suggestion is 2 a day. Wish the serving was just one pill. They're a bit expensive but worth it!

One can always be iffy when buying supplements online but these are pretty good. Ive had them a week and i noticed im not craving alot of sugar or junk. I dont know of i lost any weight since i dont weigh myself. I feel really good. They dont leave any weird after taste in your mouth or hurt your stomach. If you are slowly getting into the holistic remedies but dont wanna take the plunge this is a good product to start. Definitely recommend it.
