Good sealant
We bought it to seal some cracks and gaps for the garage's concrete exterior walls and to stop the rain water from coming through. So far, so magnificent! No water in the garage. It's gooey and sticky and a thick bead takes long to dry but it works fine. The colour Mastic Grey is a light grey which we found was a good match. Only time will tell if it lives up to expectations but for now we are happy with the purchase and would recommend ;-)

Does the job.
Yes - this is OK stuff. I have used it on a couple of projects now and it seems to harden off quickly and sands down fine.

Seals guttering joins
This is a high quality mastic it does take a long time to dry or at least to set It was not overly expensive but I have to add in the cost of two jumpers while doing the job because there’s no way you can get this off of your jumpers
