02/03/2023I reported the issue to Amazon, who got me in touch with seller - as I was outside the window to process a return by one day. We attempted with amazon to trouble shoot the issue no luck. The seller reached out and stated that there is a film over the sensors. I removed the plastic covering and the earpieces are working great for now. I will keep you posted if I have any issues. They charged as expected and are working. Yay!!!02/01/2023I was about to return it but my return window has closed. I charged it the moment I received it, wore them once and all was good. After that, the message was Powering down, please charge or something like that...it never charged up again. The sound was fine but seems I got a faulty box for charging. Never saw the red/green indicator light on the box but did see the 100 on the Left side always but never a number displayed on the right side. Not sure if the item is no good or I just received a faulty item; My loss. I will reach out to the manufacturer for assistance. I was just hoping at some point they would charge and be OK. No such luck.

Sound quality is better than my ps4 gold headset. Comfortable to the point you feel them, but they are weightless. Microphone is good enough to be heard well. Battery life is more than adequate. The missing star is due to the play/pause button sometimes redialing your last contact instead of pausing the currently played media, enough to make it a real problem. Works for youtube, netflix, and such.

The media could not be loaded.  If anyone is having charging issues make sure you peel the blue strip covering the 2 contacts on each earbud then you'll get the screen on the right to turn on and show that it's actually charging.

Earbuds are as described and do everything it says they do, they look pretty good and also fit well. They are not going to fall off. The sound quality could be better, I am used to my Panasonic wired ergo fit earbuds. Overall I am happy with them and for the purpose I am going to use them for they will work.

Excellent sound quality. Digital readbacks. One and two earbuds are separated and can be linked to 2 different devices at the same time. Lost 1 star because there is no specific advertised brand and it's advertised as BT 5.3 but still takes a little over a second to one-touch pause. One touch should be instant, it's almost 2023.

I love these ear buds, they actually fit my funny ears. The sound is awesome and the bass is very clear. This was extremely important 2 me because I need 2 hear very bit of music or sound. The only drawback is I thought the charger was not working and sent the 1st pair back. Come 2 find out there is a tiny piece of tape over the charger prongs on the ear pieces, the instructions mention cleaning the charger ports, but does not mention remove the tape from the tiny charger ports on the ear pieces. I found it out just by looking at them really good and removed the tape.

This product is great; do not pass it up! I wanted an inexpensive pair of headphones to use at the gym and decided to give these a try. To my surprise, the sound quality is great and the battery life is EXCEPTIONAL! I purchased these a couple months ago and did the initial charge and still have over 20% charge left on them! These have actually become my go to headphones and beat expensive headphones in many ways, including battery life. Do not hesitate and buy these!

The only reason I gave it a 4 was the price $29 ...You could get the same type of earbuds fromTemu for $10 to $15 dollars less I kid you not...
