It is tall enough for my growing boys to have leg room and seems pretty sturdy with them bumping, banging, and rocking back on the stools. Set up was not bad. This is a really versatile piece. Easy to assemble, high quality, study metal that took less than 15 minutes to put together. It came well packaged. Bought as a side table next to our grill and it functions well and looks great on our patio. I liked it so much, I purchased a second one as a TV stand for my college kids apartment. It stands much taller than a typical TV stand which is perfect for large room. Best part is that it’s almost indestructible because - college boys. 😬
