Buy when it's on sale!!
I agree that at full price that is a great deal for a tree this size, but with the quality of the tree, I would suggest waiting until it's on sale. Here's my take on the tree...Pros:This tree is extremely easy to set up!! I love the collapsible metal stand that snaps into place, then each layer is labeled in the order it is to be assembled.Size. 9' was perfect for my 11' ceilings and the 52" width is just right. It doesn't feel obtrusive at all.The mixed pine is also nice. Each branch is tipped with one longer needle tip which helps give it a slightly fuller look and adds an interesting look.Light options. It's nice to have a variety of options for different moods and different people.Cons:The lights!! I swear whoever strings these trees HATES their job and does the most half-@$$ job! There is a mess of wires inside. They barely *wrap* each bulb around a tip to hold it in place. Half of the time they were sliding off of the tips, other times they are facing the wrong direction. To make matters worse, some strings were pulled so tightly in one direction it wouldn't allow the branches to fall into place. I had to try to remove the stings of lights to make it work and then I was left with a mess. It was horrible and I gave up. To make matters worse one bulb was completely missing from another section (as shown in one of my pictures).Another issue I had was with the tips. I had several fall out while trying to fluff the tree. They are cheaply manufactured and assembled. I had to fix several branches where the string that holds the tips on was coming undone. One branch was completely missing the long needle tip.All-in-all, you get what you pay for. I had better hopes from the high reviews. I wouldnt expect this tree to last 5 years. The last tree I got was from WM, never had any tips fall out and had zero issues with the strings of lights (which were attached much better) besides the expected occasional bulb going out. I had that one for 17 years and still plan on setting it up in another room.

Great tree for the money!
The media could not be loaded. This is definitely a nice tree for the price and very easy to piece together! You have to be willing to take some time to fluff the branches and hide metal parts, it makes a big difference or it’ll look condensed and bare which is why I took one star off. If you’re not willing to, get a real tree or try another. Could probably use some more tips further down the branches to fill in bare spots, but isn’t too bad. Even better once ornaments are all on.VERY easy set up! Open the stand, snap numbered pieces together, fluff, plug in, decorate.Nice having the choice of multi color, white, flashing, fade, steady or alternate between two color options. Wishing it had twinkle or chasing option though. Plenty of lights in my opinion. This is much skinnier than website says which I’m happy about since prior reviews were correct. Slim options are too narrow, but others are too wide for my space. This is a happy medium for such a tall tree. I measure closer to 42” for my 9’ tree, but maybe with all branches stretched out straight and going from tip to tip on the longest ones, they got to 52”. I don’t see it, but maybe.I normally reinforce real & fake trees to the wall using a hook and some string, but I didn’t need to do that since I’m keeping it simple with lightweight ornaments and it feels very sturdy.Ornaments: keep them light, but you could hang heavier ones from further in on the branch wire, not so much on the tips. That’s true of the real trees also.I opted for a collar vs skirt. Stand measures 26”, my collar is 26” which is too small. Thankfully this is wire and rope so I could angle, bend and maneuver it enough to pull it off. But, get a 27 or 28”!!!! Also, this tree bottom sits a little high so there is a gap even after fluffing branches out. Not a big deal, but maybe a skirt would be better on this one to avoid seeing the stand through the gap.Tree top: not a very strong spike for heavy toppers. But, could reinforce it. I’m searching for a new one that color coordinates with the new bulbs.Glad I didn’t spend a fortune on another. I’m pleased with this one.

Just what we needed!
I bought this tree after going around our general region only to be disappointed with what the live trees offered. My husband informed me that there was a crop scarcity because 10 years ago, the amount of time it takes to grow a Christmas tree, the farmers had lots of natural disasters and the crops were not as productive. Who knew? I was exasperated because the cost of a fake tree was generally higher than I wanted to spend. I am not cheap, but I wanted something quality that we could at least use for the next 5 years or so. This tree does not disappoint. We un-packed and assembled it just like the videos show. It is skinny, but not a pencil, either. It is TALL - Right up to my ceiling. No angel will fit, so I rig it around the top branches by tying the topper to the uppermost branches. My ONLY concern is how durable it will remain over time. If I see it start to degrade, I will come back and post about it. I only say this because as I was floofing the branches (yes, that IS a highly technical term), some of the needles detached from the branch. I was like, "DUDE, OH NO!" After that initial terror, I didn't have any other trouble when I wrapped the branches to curl over my bows and decomesh. Once you have the tree properly decorated there are no gaps or holes and the light options are a bonus. They shine brightly and I didn't feel I had to supplement the tree with other lights in any way. We used the white light this year and the tree was lovely. This tree was a GREAT price and I would highly recommend it unless you have tons more money to spend on features that make it more like the Griswalds tree with light changing capabilities, flocking and internal robotics (just kidding there about robotics). Buy this tree. You won't be disappointed!
