When volume is down low there is a loud 500Hz tone that is NOT from feedback, it is internally generated in the device and occurs in both. As volume is raised, the 500Hz tone decreases. At full volume the tone is mostly gone. These might be usable for someone who needs maximum gain. Caveat Emptor

Amplifiers worked fairly well. Complaint was that the control button was too small and hard to push. Not too bad once gotten used to, however still a little annoying. Big problem was right side failed after about 3 months use. No idea why, fully charged... Just wouldn't turn one morning.UPDATE!!! After contacting the seller about my issue, the SELLER CONTACTED ME about the problem described above and willingly provided a replacement set QUICKLY and with NO HASSLES. OUTSTANDING SUPPORT!!!Replacement set is identical to the original EXCEPT control button has been enlarged. Works great,,, easy to use and really helps my wife hearing issues. I figured I was "taking a chance" buying these online and expected if there were any issues to just write them off as a loss. NOT THE CASE!!! THIS IS THE WAY ONLINE PURCHASING SHOULD WORK. You can BUY WITH CONFIDENCE from this seller....

I bought mine in April of this year. They do not Cancel noise if anything they amplify noise. I try to listen to the TV and a car goes by outside and it’s louder than the TV with all the windows and doors closed. I have tried to reach out to the company with no luck. Save your money.

Good size, but sound quality is not good at all. Adjusted the volume, but all I get is feedback, static noise, and echoing no matter at level of volume I'm on.

Update 4/5/23 still waiting to see what happens they said they would get back with me in March or April with a new device? Nothing yet .......... If you are missing the conversation behind you and the people in front of you talking don't matter these are for you. Everything behind you is picked up by these devices so if you want to hear WELL do not buy these UPDATE I have returned the item and the company did contact me and ask a lot of questions and told me they have a new unit coming in March or April they sound like they care >>>> Should be able to do an update on these guys soon they said March or April something new would be on the way....

I needed in canal hearing aids because I ride a motor cycle and wear a helmet which interferes with putting on and removing the helmet, that is the helmet because it fits fairly snug and catches the behind the ear hearing aids and pulls them out. They are crystal clear, fit comfortably with no outside noise. I like the fact that they are rechargeable and the case is capable of charging the hearing aids 3 times without being plugged in. All things considered they are a excellent buy for your money. I am wearing them more and more in addition to motorcycle riding because they perform well. Eric Senger

We have tried everything suggested to fix problem. My husband just put them aside out of frustration. Just tried again to use the hearing aids - same old problem. Wasted our money.

I have tried several different hearing aids from different manufacturers.These are much better than most I've tried. have found that the lower the setting the better quality sound you get.Most of the negative reviews I have readAre mostly a user problem. Take your time find the right domes and start at the lowest setting and work up slowly.If you do this you will find these hearing aids to work very well.
