Remote was faulty and did not function
I tried to use this remote with my MXQ Pro Box, after multiple attempts and trying different AAA batteries, I did not find success. The remote did not result in any response on my box whatsoever and there was visible damage on the surface of the remote.I had luck with another remote which worked fine on the first try, so this confirms that the remote sold here was the issue.There were also no free returns and it was not cost effective to return it so I had to bear the cost and dipose of it.
