This product does not work as well as melatonin I've used from the grocery store.
It helps me go to sleep but I awake 3-4 hours later and am unable to go back to sleep. I've tried taking two capsules, but that didn't help.

Great sleep aid
Helps get to sleep, natural, safe and it works. I have tried many other products. This is the only one that works without any side effects.

Couldn't tell for sure if it actually helped me or not. Seemed to take me as long to fall asleep, and I was looking for something that would help me fall asleep quicker.

SLEEPING SOUND AGAIN
After using Unisome for several weeks I was looking for something to help me sleep that did not have drugs in it. I tried Mellodyn and am happy to be sleeping great... I first tried the lowest dose which was 1 but that did not work great for me so I started taking 2 and within 1 hour I am ready for bed and sleep soundly through the night.
