Seredyn (2 Bottles)

All I can say is that this product WORKS. I am fairly sure that it is not simply a placebo or a "mind-over-matter" type thing: I truly feel much calmer and serene after taking this all-natural, herbal supplement. While expensive, I would recommend it to anyone who is cautious about prescription medicine (rightly so) but occasionally suffers from anxiety or tension. I used to take this while on the train. It is not so strong that it will interfere with any of your abilities, but it does sometimes have the effect of making you (slightly) sleepy.

the product is not calming to me at all. I think it is because of the Niacin they have in it... made me very agitated and flushed! I h ated it

Works and I have to say it is mild but it makes you feel calm in stressful situations.

I used it for a week or so and I am not sure if it works or not. It may have helped - but I'm not sure. I intend to use it when I feel it's needed.

For years I have been fearful talking to people where everyone's focus and attention is on me. Just the thought of speaking in public made me so nervous and really frightened. I have excellent ideas in my head but most of the time I had stayed quiet because I had no courage to speak. All of this went away when I used Seredyn. I asked my doctor but she prescribed medicine for depression. I said I wasn't depressed but just needed something for social phobia. I searched the web and found reviews for Seredyn. I gave it a try and had taken 3 capsules at least 30 minutes before my biggest presentation. I, myself was shocked at how calm and collected I was in front of people. THANKS GOD FOR SEREDYN!!!!!!

Expensive but it works. I'm impatient and when I would get into situation that I want to end and it goes on and on my jaws would tighten up and I would get very anxious.Eating out, boreing meetings, boring parties all could become a problem. Now I take two before leaving the house and they make my evening much more enjoyable.

On the first pills I took of Seredyn I felt an effect within about an hour that I felt less jittery, more levelled out and more positive. Encouraged by this I moved on to the dosages of two pills 3 times a day, the day after this I woke up with severe queasiness and headaches, I tried to carry on for a couple of days but it all it seemed to do was keep giving me a nasty upset stomach.I think in the future I may occasionally take 1 or 2 pills for extreme panic but with the side effects I can't see me using this long term.
