You get what you pay for
I ordered this for our church August 6 2013. It worked fine, good sound, no static or feedback, until two weeks ago. Lots of static. The microphone mini jack had no strain relief on the cord so separation had occurred and we had a lot of static. Bought another TRS connector and had it installed and now unit has no static. If I had to do over again I would have spent $30-40 more for better jack.

Good sound but mechanically fragile
This is a good headset if you don't plan for the wearer to do anything energetic, the sound is very good. However, the shaft of the microphone isn't supported and, on my example, broke after only a few hours of use.The two ear variety seem to fare much better in use, Same microphone, different attachments.

As a Pastor I bought it as a more effective mic instead of a wireless label mic. It works great and the other speakers want to use it as well. $50 well spent!
