This yard stick is something from the past ......& suddenly I found one on Amazon ......It's perfect for dressmaking or alterations of any kind .....D.I.Y. etc......It's clearly marked out in inches from 1 to 36 ( one yard ) & on the reverse it's marked out in ( C. metres. ) from 1. C. Metre to a Metre ln total...,. Its lightweight but strongly constructed .....

Very clear to use and worth the money. It has a hole at one end which I find useful to bang it up when not in use.

Really good ruler.I almost didn't buy because of it only having imperial measurements.Pleasant surprise that reverse side is marked out in metric.Useful.

Bought for measuring cloth for sewing etc.Centimetres on one side, inches on the other. The printing is crisp and clear.Perfectly adequate meter rule - however, there is a small piece of space at each end just before the first mark so bear this in mind when thinking of how you want to use this. It is not suitable as an engineering tool.Good.

She loves to alter clothes so a ruler with big bold numbers worked well she just hit 90yrs old and still a wiz on a sewing machine

Appears many people are writing the same thing in the sellers feedback that items not arriving. Had no communication, and when trying on the help just says it’s still to be delivered a week later . Not impressed EDIT finally received item 13 days after ordering . Item is ok but not great quality fine for crafting.

Bought to support home learning during the pandemic for primary maths. It's wood, has metric and imperial marking on it, and is straight. Well, let's be clear, we're not using it to do engineering drawings so it's straight enough. I thought it was a bargain, frankly, and it arrived next day. Perfect for this Home Learn Manager who hadn't read the schedule without the assistance of Mrs Sauvignon Blanc, so the need may not have registered until, er, the day before. Thanks Amazon.

Conforme à la description. Bon rapport qualité/prix.Pas encore utilisé mais me semble indispensable pour la découpe de grandes pièces de tissu.Je rachèterais sans hésiter !
